Bescom has created a task force to improve the performance of various key performance indices and it is striving in a determined manner to improve upon. As a result the indices like AT&C losses, transformer failure rate reduction has already started showing positive gains. Partly the results are substantiated from the successfully completed technical projects for which success stories are being captured through case studies and gains quantified for replication in the distribution sector. To improve upon the reliability indices parameters, Bescom has invited tender to complete the refurbishment work on HT and LT mains, on Distribution transformer centre etc. A state of the art Sub Division office has been created and consumer facilities provided to improve the customer satisfaction.
